Designed for pilots FLying behind GTN/GTN Xi navigators, TXi series displays, and GFC 600 autopilot or G1000/G1000 NXi. Intended to serve both novice and experienced aviators, this class provides scenario-based training.

Whether you are new to the systems, or just looking for a refresher, every attendee will FInd value in the material covered. Garmin instructors have experience in Part 61 and Part 141 training environments, corporate FLight departments and airlines, as well as military FLight operations training to include initial, transition and tactical instruction.

Each has instructor experience operating Garmin avionics and in teaching the transition from analog instruments to technically advanced aircraft.

All proceeds collected will go toward furthering the mission and vision of the foundation

The TBMOPA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charity organized to keep TBM pilots safe and safeguard aviation's future through selected scholarships for tomorrow’s pilots.

The TBMOPA Foundation runs a program of TBM Safety Seminars and also developed the TIPS advanced training program which is now free of charge to all TBM pilots attending recurrent training at SimCom.

In addition, the Foundation provides support for aviation education such as scholarships for disabled individuals and veterans to learn to fly through the non-profit Able Flight Association.
