Mr. William Hunt founded Gulf-Atlantic Constructors in 1972 and worked throughout the Gulf Region in MS, AL and FL.  In 1996, his daughter Pam

joined the business and continued to grow and serve the area with quality paving, utility, curb, gutter and sitework.  Pam took over the business

in 2009 and in the last decade has become one OF the largest woman-owned construction firms in the FL Panhandle.  She has now decided to retire

and has commissioned Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc. to conduct a one owner retirement auction on Thursday, October 6^th from their location at 650 W Oakfield Road in Pensacola, FL.

BUYER’S PREMIUM 10% ON FIRST $3500 AND 3% ON THE BALANCE CAPPED AT $3500 PER ITEM.

ONLINE BIDDERS WILL PAY AN ADDITIONAL 2.5% ONLINE BIDDING FEE. THIS ONLINE FEE IS CAPPED AT $750 PER ITEM

INSPECTION DATES: MONDAY, OCTOBER 3RD - AUCTION DAY  9AM – 4PM

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY OCTOBER 13TH @ 4PM CDT 

ITEMS LEFT AFTER THIS DATE ARE SUBJECT TO UP TO $100 PER ITEM PER DAY STORAGE FEE.
