Day 2 - TUESDAY, FEB 11TH: Forklifts, CRANES, DIGGER DERRICK TRUCKS, TRENCHERS, PRESSURE WASHERS, PUMPS, WATER PUMPS, BUCKET TRUCKS, GENERATORS, SCISSOR LIFTS, PORTABLE LIGHT TOWERS, BOOM LIFTS, AIR COMPRESSORS AND  Engines.

Day 3 - WEDNESDAY, FEB 12TH: HEAVY DUTY Trucks, TRUCK TRACTORS, SERVICE TRUCKS, WATER TRUCKS, VAN TRUCKS, CONCRETE MIXER TRUCKS, FUEL & LUBE TRUCKS, DUMP TRUCKS, HEAVY DUTY TRAILERS, FULL RANGE OF TRUCK PARTS, ACCESSESORIES AND ATTACHMENTS Trailers

DAY 4 - THURSDAY, FEB 13TH: FARM EQUIPMENT, LAWN EQUIPMENT, SPRAYERS, LAWN MOWERS, MOWER LIFTS, ROTARY CUTTERS, HYDRO SEEDERS, PICKUP TRUCKS, AUTOMOBILES

Terms & Conditions of Auction: 

• Buyers Premium is added to the high bid price on each item. 10% on the first $2500 and 2.75% on the balance per item.  
• Online bidders will pay an additional 2% online bidding fee. 

• Refresh your screen frequently while bidding online

• Online Bidders will be required to:

o   Email a signed copy of our Auction Terms & Conditions

o   Email a copy of valid photo ID

o   Speak with online agent at 601-450-6200 via the telephone number you provided during online registration

o   Make the full deposit specific to the auction in which you are bidding. 

• Local State and City sales tax applies to all purchases. Discretionary sales tax shall be collected on items delivered to a Florida County with a sales surtax. Please visit Floridarevenue.com for the current surtax chart.  The Total Purchase Price is the amount the Buyer is responsible for and includes the bid price, buyer’s premium, sales taxes, title fees (on titled vehicles and equipment), and additional fees as set forth in a particular sales and any required local, state, or federal fees.

• ALL NEW INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO DEPOSIT $10,000 USD IN APPROVED FUNDS. 

• ALL NEW DOMESTIC BIDDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO DEPOSIT $5,000 USD IN APPROVED FUNDS.

• AT AUCTIONEER’S DISCRETION, A BANK LETTER AND PREVIOUS PURCHASE HISTORY WITH ANOTHER AUCTION COMPANY MAY BE ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF DEPOSIT

• Inspection & Preview Days:  Monday, February 3RD – Auction Day 8 am - 5 pm EDT. Please inspect all items before bidding.  Online bidders may contact our office for more details about an item if needed before bidding.

BUYERS REPONSIBILITIES: All items are sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees, or warranties as to condition, value, merchantability, safety, or usability. The item will be considered sold without any exceptions upon the final gavel by the auctioneer. Possession will be obtained upon proper settlement. Purchaser will be responsible for the removal, insurance, breakdown, arranging, shifting, loading, and securing of load for any items purchased. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have inspected the item and determined the condition, year, model, serial number and mileage of the item from your inspection.  Any printed materials are meant to serve as a guide only and we do not guarantee item descriptions.

PICK UP AND STORAGE- All items must be removed by date announced at the beginning of the auction and/or date stated on purchase invoice.  Items not removed by deadline will be moved to a storage yard and will be subject to removal and storage fees of a minimum of $100.00/day per item.    The auction company reserves the right to sell items not removed from auction site for storage cost.  Please contact office if you need to make special arrangements for pick up after date.

• All items must be removed by March 13th 2018.

Other Fees that may apply to purchases:

• $75 Documentation fee is charged to each titled item

o   Titles- There is a $75 documentation fee added to each titled item.  Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc holds a State of FL dealers license and must follow the law according to the State of FL.  The auction company will collect and submit sales tax to the state on your behalf.  If you are buying for resale or export we must have documentation of proof before sales tax is waived.   Titles will be processed within 21 business days after auction unless payment is made in cash or cash equivalent.  Titles will be sent to the buyer directly from the State of FL.  You will be given a title application copy so that you can purchase your tag from your local DMV.   It takes the State of FL up to 8 weeks to process titles.

Auction Company reserves the right to remove items from auction or skip items once auction has begun. All announcements made by auctioneer shall supersede any printed material

Payment Procedures:

• There will be a 3% cash discount offer for payment made with cash or cash equivalent ( cashier’s check, wire transfer, or other checks accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee made payable to Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc.)

• Bidder agrees to pay for purchases, and Bidder represents that he/she has funds necessary for such payment.
  Complete payment is due on date of sale with cash, cashier’s check, credit card, wire, or other checks accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee made payable to Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc. All items must be paid in full before bidder leaves the premises. No items will be removed from the premises until payment is made in full. Payment not made as described above will be subject to late fees, penalties and interest plus expenses related to collection cost. Any balance due after 21 days after auction will be paid by purchaser at a rate of 18% per annum. NO EXCEPTIONS. If Bidder fails to pay for any or all purchases, for whatever reason, including an insufficient check or a stopped check, Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc shall have the cumulative rights set forth in the complete Rules of Auction. Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc will contact the District Attorney for any checks that are returned for insufficient funds or closed account and proceed with all necessary legal action as needed for collection and or prosecution.  Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc reserves the right to revoke bidding privileges at any time. 

• For online bidders who do not pay within 7 business days of auction will be considered slow to pay and the auction company reserves the right to ban that buyer from bidding at any future auctions.

• Injury and Damage: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by bidder, bidder’s guests, or agents. Bidder agrees to hold Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc harmless from any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. Bidder releases Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc and the seller from any and all liability connected with the removal and transportation of purchases and any and all future uses for the goods purchased herewith.

Additional Auction Terms:

LIVE / SIMULCAST AUCTION TERMS- Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc and its Employees act merely as agents of sellers. All auctions are with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Reserves, if any, ARE NOT disclosed. Additionally, bids may be placed at auction by the seller, an employee of the seller, or an agent on the seller’s behalf.  While the information we provide on item(s) is deemed correct, no warranties are expressed or implied as to any items being sold and you agree to purchase and accept the item in an as-is condition. Information on items is obtained by us from the sellers and you hereby agree to hold harmless Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc and its Employees for any errors or omissions regarding the item(s) being sold. This information includes but is not limited to year, model, machine or engine hours, physical condition, options, features, and other data pertinent to the value of the item. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS –IS WHERE-IS.

Bidders and sellers acknowledge that electronic recording devices, including audio recorders and video camera, may be used at the auction block and/or on the auction premises.
