At Jeff Martin Auctioneers, we have an employee recognition program called “Caught Ya Doing Something Great”. This program is designed to recognize those employees who go “above and beyond” the call of duty.
This quarter we recognized three employees:
David Freemyer – David drove to an elderly customers house and helped him load items for the upcoming auction. While David was there, he helped the customer change a flat tire on his truck. The customer was grateful for David’s help.
Patrick Valkenburg – Patrick gave great customer service by giving a truck driver a ride to a hotel in Hattiesburg. The truck driver was very appreciative of Patrick’s help.
Amber Kearley- Amber sat with a truck driver and patiently went over paperwork. Amber made sure he had all necessary paperwork before he left the facility. The truck driver appreciated Amber’s time going over each page.
